You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you after any applicable verification checks, provided there are no outstanding issues with your account.
CoinCasino is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of gambling on our platform, beyond what is required by South African law. We're also not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or other technical issues outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under South African law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of CoinCasino will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
